SeaRegs Training has MCA approval for the 1-day Crisis Management and Human Behaviour course. Under MSN 1853 Boatmaster Regulations, the Crisis Management and Human Behaviour can be used towards gaining the Passenger Endorsements.
We are also able to offer the half day Crowd Management course which complies with STCW Regulation V/2. This is certificated in-house and includes safety training for personnel providing direct services to passengers. It is incorporated in to the morning session of the full day MCA Crisis Management and Human Behaviour course. Cost of attending the morning only is £125 and can be booked by contacting the office.
MGN 120 Section 4 states that Crowd Management training is required for all personnel designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergency situations. This is also detailed in Annex A go MGN 203.

Dealing with crowds in emergencies and correct procedures
Pre-requisites: None - training is aimed at Masters, Mates, Engineers and any member of the crew who are responsible for passengers and their safety
